responsible for any veterinary bills or charges unless approved in advance
and is confirmed by our staff of veterinarians as a legitimate concern. Your
veterinarian will be able to tell you what specific shots and general
healthcare are required in your area.
If you do not
have a veterinarian already, the best advice we can give you is to shop
around for a good veterinarian that is both affordable and has a good
reputation in your community. Always ask what the total price will be before
any procedure is done and ask for references if you are not sure of the
veterinarian's experience or abilities.

Healthcare for
puppies under 12 weeks of Age
Since your
puppy's immune system is not fully developed until it has reached the age of
twelve weeks and has received its twelve week puppy shot the following
precautions must be followed to limit your puppy's exposure:
-
Never put
your puppy on the floor, ground, furniture, or examination table unless
you have personally observed that it has been sanitized and disinfected.
Although necessary, the veterinarian's office is one of the most dangerous
places you can take your puppy.
-
Never take
your puppy to areas where dogs of unknown health may have visited. This
would include walks outside of your property, pet stores, and especially
dog parks until its immune system has fully developed and it has received
its twelve week puppy shot.
-
SPECIAL NOTE

keep the puppy, please contact us and we will either provide a home for your
puppy here for the rest of its life or we will help find your puppy a loving
forever home. We like to stay in touch with the owners of our puppies for
their entire lives. This helps us evaluate and maintain the ongoing quality
