When the puppy arrives
You are to present the puppy to your veterinarian within three working days for a general health check. Should your veterinarian determine, the puppy is unfit for any reason, please have them contact us for consultation. We are not responsible for any veterinary bills or charges unless approved in advance and is confirmed by our staff of veterinarians as a legitimate concern. Your veterinarian will be able to tell you what specific shots and general healthcare are required in your area.
If you do not have a veterinarian already, the best advice we can give you is to shop around for a good veterinarian that is both affordable and has a good reputation in your community. Always ask what the total price will be before any procedure is done and ask for references if you are not sure of the veterinarian’s experience or abilities.
Healthcare for puppies under 12 weeks of Age
Since your puppy’s immune system is not fully developed until it has reached the age of twelve weeks and has received its twelve-week puppy shot the following precautions must be followed to limit your puppy’s exposure:
Never put your puppy on the floor, ground, furniture, or examination table unless you have personally observed that it has been sanitized and disinfected. Although necessary, the veterinarian’s office is one of the most dangerous places you can take your puppy.
Never take your puppy to areas where dogs of unknown health may have visited. This would include walks outside of your property, pet stores, and especially dog parks until its immune system has fully developed, and it has received its twelve-week puppy shot.
SPECIAL NOTE AIRPORT PROPERTY: YOU MAYBE TEMPTED TO PUT YOUR PUPPY DOWN TO GO POTTY AT THE AIRPORT. THE AIRPORT GROUNDS IS ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS PLACES TO SUBJECT YOUR PUPPY TO. THOUSANDS OF DOGS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, HAVING EVERY KNOWN SICKNESS HAS MORE THAN LIKELY USED THE SAME GROUNDS.

Health Treatment Disclaimer
Throughout our time in the puppy-raising business, we’ve come across circumstances potentially harmful to our puppies. As a result, we exclude these treatments from our guarantee:
The Lepto shot is not approved until your puppy reaches at least 1 year of age.
The six (6) month heartworm shot program should never be administered to your puppy. If your puppy undergoes this treatment, all guarantees, whether written, verbal, or implied, shall be void. Heartworm tablets are approved.
Treatment by any Emergency 24-hour Clinics is prohibited under any circumstances. If your puppy receives treatment in such a facility, all guarantees, whether written, verbal, or implied, shall be void. Our experience has shown that these clinics are often incorrect and have at times administered excessive medication or performed procedures unsupported by good medical practices, leading to the unfortunate demise of puppies.

Refunds/Returns
September 1, 1991
Rarely does someone purchase a puppy or dog only to later decide to return the animal. Please understand that we function as a disease control facility, and the return of dogs or puppies creates significant safety and well-being challenges for the animals residing here. Numerous health issues exist that, if introduced to our facility, could potentially endanger the lives of all our animals. All returns require a 2-million-dollar surety bond to cover any losses that may arise from property contamination. These potential losses may encompass, but are not limited to, parvo, distemper, Brucellosis, Kennel Cough, and Canine Flu.
Dogs used for breeding are ineligible for returns or refunds.
Occasionally, circumstances may arise that warrant a return:
In the event of the owner’s passing, a return may be considered, but a refund will not be issued due to complexities in estate laws. (Simplifying the process is essential in these cases.)
If teenagers are not upholding their agreed-upon responsibilities in caring for the puppy, a return may be warranted, but a refund will not be granted. (Our focus is not on child rearing.)
Claims related to allergies must be substantiated with a medical doctor’s statement and supporting test results.
Overview
Our refund and return policy maintains a 30-day validity. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
