It is rare someone buys a puppy or a dog and then decides to return the animal. Please understand we are a disease control facility and bringing dogs and or puppies back creates a huge problem for safety and wellbeing of the dogs and puppies that live here.  There are numerus health issues out there that if introduced to our facility could potentially kill all of our animals.   All returns must be supported with a 2-million-dollar surety bond to cover any loses that may occur from contamination of the property.    Those items may include but not limited to parvo, distemper, Brucellosis, Kennel Cough, Canine Flue.

Dogs used for breeding are not eligible for return or refunds.

From time-to-time things may occur where a return maybe in order

Death of the owner may warrant a return, but not a refund. (Estate laws get a little crazy) Keep it simple.

Teenagers not caring for the puppy as agreed, may warrant a return, but not a refund. (We are not in the child raising business)

Allergy claims must be supported with a medical Doctors statement and supporting test results.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  As long as all of the above conditions are met.
